The effect of using different energy sources and levels on carcass weight, breast muscle mass, mTORC1 and AKt gene expression in Cobb 500 broiler chicks

The present study was aimed to evaluate the effect of different energy sources and levels on carcass weight, breast muscle mass mTORC1 AKt gene expression in Cobb 500 broiler chicks. A total 600 1-day-old chicks with an average weight 39 ± 0.50 g were randomly divided into five treatments. Each treatment further four replicates. Chicks fed by basal diet based corn level instruction manual as control group, 3% lesser than (T1), 6% (T2), fat according (T3), upper (T4) for 42 days. To assess characteristics two each replication slaughtered weighted after picking carcasses. Data this showed that there significant differences about between treatments (P <0.05). As result obtained highest T4 T3, T2, T1 had higher compared respectively.
